All services are subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Availability of parts and tools

  • Technician discretion

Fleetway reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or beyond the scope of mobile repair.

2. Estimates & Authorization

  • Any price estimates provided are estimates only, not guarantees.

  • Final pricing may change due to unforeseen issues discovered during service.

  • By approving service, you authorize Fleetway to perform diagnostics and repairs as discussed.

  • Additional repairs or costs will be communicated before proceeding whenever possible.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or approved electronic payment methods.

  • Unpaid balances may result in additional fees, service refusal, or collection action as allowed by law.

Fleetway reserves the right to pause or withhold services for non-payment.

4. Mobile Service Limitations

Because Fleetway operates as a mobile repair service, certain repairs may not be possible on-site.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Repairs requiring specialized shop equipment

  • Extensive engine or transmission rebuilds

  • Situations where weather or terrain creates unsafe conditions

If a repair cannot be completed on-site, we will communicate alternative options when possible.

5. Parts & Warranties

  • Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer warranties, not Fleetway guarantees.

  • Labor warranties, if offered, are limited to the specific repair performed.

  • Warranty coverage does not apply to:

    • Pre-existing conditions

    • Abuse, neglect, or misuse

    • Modifications made after service

    • Failure to follow recommended maintenance

No warranty applies unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information

  • Ensuring legal access to the service location

  • Securing pets and maintaining a safe work environment

  • Removing personal belongings from the work area

Fleetway is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or undisclosed vehicle issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fleetway Service & Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

  • Fleetway is not responsible for vehicle failure related to existing or unrelated mechanical issues.
